EP 51 – Stop Mind Racing/Running Thoughts for Insomnia [💤 + 🌧️]

It’s time to tackle the biggest elephant in the room in regards to insomnia: mind-chatter (aka: mind-racing or running thoughts). Sometimes our minds race to the point where we cannot sleep and likely obsess about insomnia while suffering from insomnia. While these aren’t full cures, I believe this is a good foundation for curbing insomnia.
